The National Monitoring Service has rated the heads of Russian constituent subjects on the basis of the coefficient of their media accessibility in December 2013. Anatoly Artamonov, Governor of Kaluga Region, came out on top in his federal district.
The rating was composed by analyzing over 500 federal and 8,000 regional media sources: TV, radio, press, news agencies and web-based sources.
Artem Bulatov, head of the National Monitoring Services, commented on the outcome: “I should also like to note the high result of Kaluga Region’s leader Anatoly Artamonov.
