The new center will have 16 windows and an electronic ticket system. There are two waiting rooms, a children's area, a coffee machine, a snack vending machine in the center. A large parking lot and a developed adjacent land plot make the center even more comfortable.
Oleg Fomichev said: “Regions which actively work in areas we strive to develop nationwide are highly valued by the federal government. Kaluga Region is definitely among leaders in terms of activity and commitment to cooperation. Kaluga reached an entirely new level of public services quality”.
Oleg Pak said: “We need to break stereotypes regarding red tape and to change the people’s attitude to the process of public services provision. The creation of such centers promotes these objectives”.
