All-Russian Forum “Digital Evolution” will be held in Kaluga on August 12-13. In their open and constructive dialogue, its participants will discuss digital changes that ensure sustainable development of economic sectors, governance and social sector.

The event will be organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation jointly with the Government of the Kaluga Region.

The forum will be significantly scaled up this year. The program will include plenary sessions on the federal and regional digitalization strategies, round tables for sharing experiences of various digital transformation projects, and a specialized exhibition.

The forum participants will share their outcomes of a digital transformation strategy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and the performance of orders of the Government of the Russian Federation in this area. It is planned to discuss the approaches to developing an overall rating of the digital regional development.

The Digital Evolution Forum will be chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko and Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev.

The event will be attended by the members of the Kaluga Region Government chaired by Governor Vladislav Shapsha, the representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, leading experts on information technology, and public figures.
