A. Khinshtein: “Bridging the digital divide is the main challenge towards digitalization”

August 13 is the second day of the All-Russian Digital Evolution Forum. The presidium of the plenary session– Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications Alexander Khinshtein.

The forum was also attended by the government of the Kaluga region, chaired by Governor Vladislav Shapsha, representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, leading experts on information technologies.

The exhibition presents best practices of health care and public safety industry, labor protection, operational excellence, financial and economic management.

The exhibition area included innovative developments of Pandora group of companies (Kaluga): the Pandora Watch 2, which controls the car and the security and service system, the Pandora UX 4790 car alarm, street lights, automobile headlights and floodlights. All products are of superior quality to their competing products in the market with a technology gap for years.

At the exhibition, Medical Screening Systems LTD (Kaluga), which is the creator of the AI platform for analyzing medical images, presented the Celsus system, which is based on artificial intelligence, neural networks and mathematical analysis. With its help, images are created that allow diagnosing pathological processes in the body, including oncology, in the early stages. The system is used in medical institutions in Moscow.

The supplier of high-tech software, Astral Group of Companies presented a security and complex data protection system “Astral.Security”–2 and A-MED intuitive interface of the medical workstation.
