On April 6, the finals of the All-Russian Industrial Tourism Accelerator started in Kaluga. The main goal of the event is to create and implement effective mechanisms for positioning Russian industrial enterprises as ready-to-cooperate and competitive enterprises producing quality products.
More than 200 people take part in the forum. They include representatives of federal and regional authorities, industrial enterprises, tour operators and leading experts. The agenda is focused on new trends in the development of industrial tourism in Russia.
When addressing the participants of the event, Vladislav Shapsha noted: “The Kaluga region has all the prerequisites to become a center of industrial tourism. It has a rich history, extensive experience in organizing various types of tourism, production with a long history and cutting-edge companies.”
Svetlana Chupsheva, Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, emphasized in her speech that the tour of the Bosco factory impressed her so much and became a reference master class.
The program includes a plenary session dedicated to new trends in the development of industrial tourism in Russia, a presentation of best practices and a round table named “Industrial Tourism as a Tool for Career Guidance and Career Navigation.”
