Public Private Partnership in Action: Success Stories, Obstacles and Prospects Conference organized by Kaluga Region Government and the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation is to be held in Kaluga on June 18, 2013.

Public private partnership is a key instrument allowing continuous economic development. It is also the most efficient tool for attracting investments in infrastructure-related projects.  Currently these practices are being introduced in Russia and only quality results may be obtained only if well-balanced public private partnership development policy is applied.

The joint conference of Kaluga Region Government and the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation is to become a place where the leading experts in the relevant field will communicate.

The conference attendees will discuss the most acute issues related to  public private partnership. Special attention will be paid to public private partnership development prospects in Russia, including the mechanisms of cooperation between the government and business entities, the partnership future and issues.   Apart from that the experience accumulated by Russian regions in the field of public private partnership projects will be analyzed.
