Anatoly Artamonov: We Are to Commission Many New Production Facilities This Year and Early in 2014

On August 21, 2013 Anatoly Artamonov held a meeting with regional mass media journalists. The list of the most popular issues discussed in the course of the meeting were the following: economic situation in the region, social sphere, including HR resources for plants, construction of new culture, education and entertainment facilities and the implementation timing, road reconstruction plans, as well as plans for reconstruction of two regional airports – Kaluga and Ermolino.

Speaking of Kaluga Region airports Anatoly Artamonov said: “As for Kaluga airport located near Grabtsevo Industrial Park, we have acquired all necessary documents from Rosekspertiza. If everything goes according to the plan the airport will be commissioned by 2015. As for Ermolino we fully support the project implementation, the largest investment project for the region. 12,000 new jobs are to be created.

Apart from that the attendees discussed the speeding up of M3 Ukraine federal highway reconstruction process. Anatoly Artamonov said: “We will witness significant changes in 2015”.
