Anatoly Artamonov took part in the opening of a robotic farm in Peremyshl district

On the 8th of August in Ilinskoe village, Peremyshl district a solemn ceremony of the completion of a family cattle farm on the base of the peasant farm enterprise by Ivan Pugachev took place.

In 2014 the head of the peasant farm enterprise became a participant of the programme of a family cattle farm development and a competitive beneficiary of cash grant.The private entrepreneur directed state funds, more than 10 million rubles, to the farm reconstruction, buying equipment and young stock and to the creation of engineering infrastructure. The total project cost exceeded 42 million rubles.

The stock-raising installation is equipped with a modern robotic milking system. This technology is adjusted to animal physiology and allows getting milk, relevant to European Standards. Today on the farm there’re 56 Schwyz breed cattle. From now forth the owners are going to increase livestock population up to 140 heads with productivity 5,5 - 6,5 thousand liters of milk per a cow.

Speaking at the ceremony of opening the third robotic farm in the district, Anatoly Artamonov marked the significance of high technology and progressive agricultural methods implementation for Peremyshl area and for Kaluga Region at large. This event, according to him, became one more step in realization of the regional programme meant for creating 100 robotic milk farms.
