September 5 was a special day in the program of the AutoEvolution 2013 International Forum on Development of Automotive and Auto Components Manufacturing in Russia. The subjects of focus were logistics, cluster development and staffing of the automotive industry.

One of the sessions was dedicated to cluster development of the automotive industry in Russia. Thus, participants discussed the specifics of open and closed clusters, the role of the transport infrastructure and logistics in creation of supplier networks, and the most promising development directions – industrial parks, special economic zones, industry clusters.

The system of dual education was the focus of a parallel session. It was noted that introduction of elements of the dual system required consolidation of efforts of the state, businesses and society.
