2 high-tech companies of Kaluga Region – Obninsk research and production enterprise "Technologia" (6th place) and "Obninsk chemical and pharmaceutical company, ZAO ", (30th place) were included in the top-30 of the fourth National rating of Russian high-tech rapidly developing companies "TechSuccess". The rating results and the award ceremony took place in the framework of the forum "Open innovations 2015", which began its work on the 28 of October.

The "TechUp" rating is compiled annually on the initiative of RBC in cooperation with PwC, SME Bank for identification and promotion of the most promising repid-growing technology companies which develop and supply innovative products and technologies to the Russian and foreign markets. In 2015, out of 250 applicants 60 companies, which have coped with qualifications-based selection, were included in the rating. According to the criteria, the company not younger than four years old, which demonstrates a compound annual growth rate of revenue no less than 15% over the last three years and have revenue from 100 million to 10 billion rubles last year may become the rating participant.

ONPP "Technologia" is a part of the holding "RT-Chemical technologies and composite materials". The holding was created by the State Corporation "Rostech". Today "RT-Chemcomposite" is one of the leaders of Russian industry in the field of polymeric and composite materials.

Obninsk chemical and pharmaceutical company was founded in 1999 on the base of the Medical Radiological Research Center (MRNT RAMH) in the first science city of Russia, Obninsk. Since that time, the company produces substances of pharmaceutical drugs: Diazoline, Enalapril, Mexidol and others. In 2003, the production facility for the production of finished dosage forms (FPP) in the form of coated tablets and hard gelatin capsules was established by the company "OCFC" ZAO ,with the support of the RAMS and with the use of the scientific potential of MRRC RAMS shop.
