The Russian production site STADA Hemofarm has become one of the top companies with the safest working conditions in the Kaluga Region at the end of 2021.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Kaluga Region has summed up the results of the regional review contest for the best organization to create safe working conditions. The organizing committee awarded Hemofarm the second place in the nomination “Best Organization with a Safe Working Environment Among Non-Budgetary Organizations of Less Than 500 Employees.”

Vitaly Pozdnyakov, Director of the Department of Technical Operations, Hemofarm (STADA Group): “Safety and care for the health of employees is a priority for STADA. We are proud that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Kaluga Region for the second year in a row has commended the work of the Hemofarm Production Site aimed at protecting the labor and health of our employees. We are honored that Hemofarm has become the only pharmaceutical production in the region to win a prize.”

In total, 16 organizations of the Kaluga Region were admitted to the final stage of the competition. The purpose of the regional review contest is to improve working conditions and labor protection in organizations of the Kaluga region, and to prevent work accidents and work-related illnesses.
