The international specialized exhibition «Import substitution» will take place in Moscow on the 15^th – 17^th of September. The efficient goods and the services of domestic and foreign production will be represented on the exposition. The aim of this arrangement is to contribute to the speeding-up of development, production and market of efficient Russian import substitution goods and services, which favour the development and the saturation of a national and foreign market. More than 250 companies will take part in the project. The arrangements are being conducted with the official support of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Alongside with other members of the Russian Federation Kaluga region will demonstrate the results of its work in import substitution. The development infrastructure of innovative activities and high-tech clusters - pharmaceutics, biotechnology and biomedicine, automotive industry, agro industrial, transport and logistics clusters, information and communication technologies, the cluster of aerospace technologies and polymeric composition materials and constructions will be also represented there.  

In the course of the international exhibition Kaluga region is represented by the following key companies in their segment: the Alliance of "Park of active molecules" companies, the Research and Production Company “ETEK LTD” OOO, "Kalugatransmash" OAO, "Alpha" OOO, "Plitspichprom" ZAO, "MosMedynagroprom" OAO, "SAPK- Moloko" OOO, the peasant farm holding "NIL", "Tarusa Milk Plant" OAO, the greenhouse complex "Rose Fairy", "SAMSON-FARM" OOO, "Flight Service" OOO, "Hygiene Service Med" OOO, "Leda" OOO etc.

A comprehensive congress programme is also provided -– plenary sessions and faceplates, covering a great number of problems such as («Import substitution in information technologies and means of communication», «Import substitution in engineering industry», «Import substitution in a construction sector», «Import substitution in medicine and pharmaceuticals industry»), the speakers and lecturers of which will be representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Academy of Sciences, federal and regional authorities.
