Loft Tsiolkovsky, a unique innovative project, has been presented at Kaluga Entrepreneurship Week. The presentation was held at Kaluga-Astral IT Center.

The key idea of the project is to create a comfortable multipurpose site in a historical building  for entertainment and creative activities of modern creative class, urban youth, artists and new generation businessmen.

Former Voentorg warehouse located near "Kaluga Arbat" will be turned into A multilevel creative space with an anticafe, equipped co-working area, studio, cinema hall and event hall.   Apart from that a number of shops will be opened in the new center where Kaluga businessmen will sell and promote unique products for creative urban youth.

The main idea behind the project is to ensure creation of a new urban space development format convenient for joint recreational and creative activities as well as work. Tsiolkovsky Loft is to become a point of attraction for urban creative class.   This will be a unique project for Kaluga. It will not only stimulate the development of cultural life in the city but will also promote the renewal of beautiful historical buildings transforming them in a new creative way.

Gleb Gurlin, project manager, being inspired by similar art projects implemented in major Russian cities, believes that Tsiolkovsky Loft shall be viewed as a new business format.
