Kaluga Region Investment Portal included in Top3
According to Expert RA rating agency, Kaluga Region investment portal was included in Top3 investment portals of the Russian Federation.
According to the rating data, Kaluga Region investment portal (http://investkaluga.com) is one of the most informative and user-friendly portals of its kind. Starting from 2013 ASI standard providing for creation of dedicated Web portals is obligatory for Russian regions. The investment attractiveness of a region to a great extent depends on the investment portal content. The first rating of investment portals of the Russian regions has been prepared by Expert RA rating agency to compare the contents of their investment portals.
Note:
30 investment portals were rated.
The following criteria were used to evaluate the portals:
- Availability of data on investment projects implemented in the region.
- Availability of data on government support provided to investors.
- Availability of auxiliary data on the region and feedback functionality.
- Availability of data on the region government policy priorities.
- Investment portal perception by an external user.
