New version of Kaluga Region Investment Portal has been launchedurce providing information about the investment potential of the region, industrial infrastructure and measures to support investment projects. And most importantly, it is an opportunity to submit an online bid for the production projects. The team of the Regional Development Agency of the Kaluga Region processes a bid within one working day and forms a comprehensive package of offers for the investor.

The Internet portal is available for users in eight languages. It was recognized internationally for two times and honored the Gold Winner of the Horizon Interactive Awards in the field of Interactive and Creative Media (2014 and 2015). This is the only Russian portal nominated for the Horizon Interactive Awards.

In 2020, this information resource was modernized and redesigned in the following way: the visual concept of the portal was changed, sections were upgraded, and new options were added.

In addition to the general information about the economic development of the region, the portal provides data on investment projects being implemented and planned for implementation, as well as the latest news on the business activity of Kaluga Region from negotiations and entering into the agreements to the release of the first products and expansion of production capacities are released here. The portal covers the participation of Kaluga Region in international forums, reputable exhibitions and conferences, where the audience gets acquainted not only with the investment potential of the region, but also with the products, developments and technologies of Kaluga companies.

The investment portal was launched in 2012 immediately after Kaluga Region became a pilot region for testing and implementing ASI standards. According to the first rating of the quality of investment portals of the subjects of the Russian Federation, conducted in 2013 by Expert RA agency, the portal of Kaluga Region entered the TOP-3 Russian leaders. Experts noted its informative content and ease of use.
