Italian Company to Start Production in Kaluga
On June 7, 2013, the official ceremony of signing of an agreement on cooperation with Gervasi, an Italian manufacturer of industrial vehicles, took place in the building of Kaluga City Administration.
Gervasi, a Turin-based company, has been working in this market for over 35 years. Today it is one of the largest European manufacturers in its industry. According to Francesco Gervasi, Fratelli GERVASI S.p.A. President and owner, his company is the leading producer of vehicles for solid waste and metal scrap transportation. In Kaluga the company will organize production of truck bodies at KADVI OAO production premises.
The project is to be implemented in 2013-2014. About 50 million RUR is to be invested in the project.
