On June 19 – 21, 2013  Kaluga Region Delegation headed by Governor Anatoly Artamonov takes part in  Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum. 

On June 19 Governor Artamonov held a business meeting with top managers of Lemminkainen construction company and visited some of the residential facilities being built by the company. The parties discussed the future development of I-Park Lemminkainen industrial park and possible cooperation  in the field of residential construction.

On June 20 Anatoly Artamonov is to participate in Russia-USA business dialogue session. He will also hold meetings with U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade Francisco Sánchez and Senior State Minister, Minister of Trade and Industry and Minister for National Development of the Republic of Singapore  Lee Yi Shyan Apart from that the Governor is to meet a number of potential investing partners, including  Philips, Solvay, a Belgian chemical company, and Saint Gobain, a French global industrial group. 

On June 21 a memorandum of understanding on implementation of an investment  project providing for  construction of K-Agro agro-industrial park in Kaluga Region, is to be signed by representatives of Kaluga Region Government, Russian Agricultural Bank OAO and Kaluga Region Development Corporation.  On the same day Anatoly Artamonov is also to attend Sustainable Economic Growth Global Agenda plenary session. President Vladimir Putin is expected to deliver his speech there.  Anatoly Artamonov is also to discuss the future economic cooperation between Kaluga Region and Latvia with Daniels Pavluts, the Latvian Minister of Economy.
