Kaluga International School was granted the official status of the International Baccalaureate School

Kaluga International School became a participant of the constantly growing global community, which today includes 3968 International Baccalaureate schools in 147 countries of the world.

The pupils of the school, which achieved IB World School status, will now be taught in accordance with the primary school's program.

The international Baccalaureate (IB) is having a positive influence on the pupils of the school and on the community outside the school because the teaching goes far beyond the classroom. Such unique approach to education provides full involvement of the pupils and teachers in the process of learning and gives them an opportunity of using the system of connection with the global community. This system has no equal in the world. Pupils get the opportunity of participating in international conferences and teachers cooperate with their colleagues around the world. Thus they keep the leadership of IB in the sphere of the international education.
