This major exhibition is held in Harbin on October 12-16, 2015.

The objective of the event is to further promote and strengthen cooperation between Russia and China. China-Russia EXPO offers unique opportunities to Russian companies in terms of demonstrating their competitive products and developments, establishing new business relations and implementing joint projects.  

The exhibition opening ceremony was attended by Dmitry Rogozin, Deputy Chairmant of the Giovernment of the Russian Federation, and Wang Yang, Vice Premier of the State Council of China.  

Kaluga Region Delegation is headed by Vladimir Potyomkin, Deputy Governor of Kaluga Region, Head of Kaluga Region Representative Office under the Russian Federation Government. Ilya Veselov, Director General, the Agency for Regional Development of Kaluga Region, Andrei Tokarev, Deputy Director General, Logistics, Freight Village Kaluga North OOO, and Salavat Kutushev, Director General, Kaluga International Airport AO are also among the delegation members. They are to take part in a panel discussion on integration of the Eurasian Economic Union and Silk Road Economic Belt development processes as well as in business meetings with members of Chinese Council for Promotion of International Investments and representatives of a number of Chinese industry associations.    

Vladimir Potyomkin  will take part in the meeting of Vice Prime Ministers of Russia and China. He will also deliver a presentation on Kaluga Region economic and investment potential at the Day of Russian Regions. Apart from that negotiations with the government of Heilongjiang Province is to take place.
