On October 23, 2015 a delegation of ambassadors of Latin America countries to the Russian Federation headed by Igor Khalevinsky, Chairman of the Council of Association of Russian Diplomats All-Russia Public Organization, visited Kaluga Region.  The main goal of the visit was to share best practices in the field of creation and development of industrial infrastructure and territorial production clusters in Kaluga Region. 

An agreement on cooperation was concluded between  Kaluga Region Government and Association of Russian Diplomats All-Russia Public Organization  at Etnomir Culture and Education Center.

The agreement provides for development of Kaluga Region international business connections and the region’s global promotion. Apart from that it also provides for exchange of business information, successful project implementation experience, and establishment of business relations between the parties.   

When speaking of the agreement signing Igor Khalevinsky, Chairman of the Council of Association of Russian Diplomats, noted that the parties had already established good relations. He said: “This is based on truly friendly relations with your region. Our association strives to establish close relations with the governments of Russian regions. This is a mutually beneficial process”. Vladimir Potyomkin in his turn expressed thanks to the visit organizers and to the guests for the interest they showed in the region. He also said that the meeting would result in expansion of business and humanitarian relations. Partner programs related to projects implemented by  Etnomir Culture and Education Center would be one of the key fields of cooperation.
