On October 6-8, Munich is hosting Expo Real 2014, the 17th exhibition of commercial property and investments. The subject of the business program remains unchanged from year to year – relevant real estate, investment and financial market trends.

Forum participants will focus their attention on business infrastructures. NDV-Group is presenting Russian Helicopters – a project for the development of a network of helicopter centers, including maintenance and parking infrastructures, as well as hotels and training centers for pilots and buyers of helicopters.

Most of the constituent subjects of Central Russia will be part of this infrastructural system. The company is currently negotiating with 6-7 regions. It is also considering the possibility of creating a helicopter center in Kaluga Region, where nearly 150 investment projects are currently being implemented. High enterprise concentration requires an efficient transport and logistics infrastructure. “From the business development point of view, this is a key region”, says Alexander Khrustalev, NDV-Group Chairman of the Board.

The company Freight Village Ru is currently implementing two projects for creation of multimodal logistics centers in Kaluga Region – Rosva and Vorsino, the latter of which will have federal significance. The region assigns special importance to the creation of airports. International civil airport Yermolino that will specialize in LowCost services and have a passenger capacity of up to 8 million and Kaluga airport with an estimated passenger turnover of up to 178,000 per year are expected to begin operation in the near future.
