Kaluga Region to Take Part in Major Real Estate Event MIPIM 2014
On March 11-14, Cannes (France) will host the 25th anniversary international commercial real estate exhibition MIPIM 2014. The Russian exposition will include projects in Kaluga Region – Kaluga international Airport, Russia’s largest multimodal logistics center Freight Village Kaluga, Lyudinovo special industrial economic zone, and Yachenskaya Poyma city park (tourism and recreation area). Participants will also be able to assess the economic efficiency of Kaluga’s industrial facilities -Grabtsevo, Rosva and Vorsino industrial parks.
At the prestigious MIPIM 2014 investment forum, Kaluga Region’s representatives will meet with leading players of the real estate industry – from developers to investors – and get the opportunity to establish important strategic contacts. They will also get a chance to talk to investors, developers, experts and end consumers at specially arranged networking sessions.
