Innovative Biopharmaceutics Science and Education Center established at Active Molecules Park ® Obninsk Biopharmaceutical Alliance became a division of the Institute of Natural Sciences of Tsiolkovsky Kaluga State University.

Today small innovative businesses engaged in development of advanced pharmaceuticals face the deficit of qualified personnel familiar with modern research, diagnostics and manufacturing technologies. At the same time graduates of relevant higher education institutions often fail to find a job for lack of adequate experience and relevant practical skills. The establishment of the Science and Education Center is to resolve the problem.  

In line with the agreements reached with Active Molecules Park ® member companies  Kaluga State University undergraduates will be able to take part in specific innovative projects. It will not be just the extension of the University curriculum for the students - they will get scientific and business experience. Thus, they will have a chance to get interesting job in their native region  immediately upon graduation. Kaluga Region Government will be able to resolve the human resources churn problem while innovative small businesses will get access to qualified personnel.
