Modern Management Technologies for Governmental Institutions
December 3 was the first day of the “Modern Management Technologies” seminar in Kaluga. The event is part of the educational program for management teams from Russian regions that was launched earlier this year in June.
Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Anatoly Artamonov noted that Kaluga Region pays special attention to development of conditions for improvement of qualifications in the managerial sphere.
German Gref, Sberbank of Russia President and Chairman of the Board, spoke about the bank’s experience of new management technology introduction, about new realities of the information space and administrating major projects. In his presentation, he specifically emphasized that the system of management could only be successful if its participants continuously improved and applied acquired knowledge in practical work.
