A park for small and medium-sized businesses to be created in Kaluga
On April4 the regional Architectural Council discussed the creation of a park for small and medium-sized businesses in Kaluga, along with a project for building bicycle tracks in Obninsk and Kaluga.
According to the concept, the small and medium-sized business park will be located near the Kaluga South industrial park, in the Pravoberezhye micro district, next to the METRO Cash&Carry shopping center. Originalarchitecturalconstructionswillbeconnected by a common infrastructure. The park will also have a business incubator, a hotel, an exhibition center, restaurant courts, an agricultural produce distribution center, a farmers’ market, a playground and a parking lot. An area of approximately 140,000 m2 will be able to accommodate 2,000 entrepreneurs. Due to the park’s available infrastructure, the businesses will not need to make additional investments in setting up their sales, office and manufacturing facilities.
