Agreement between Vneshekonombank and Kaluga Region Government Was Signed
On June 5, 2013 Vneshekonombank Investment Company OOO (VEB Kapital OOO) and the Government of Kaluga Region signed an agreement on cooperation.
The agreement objective is to promote cooperation between Kaluga Region Government and VEB Kapital OOO in order to create favorable climate for implementation of investment and innovative programs in Kaluga Region, including the support of transport, power, utility and social projects’ implementation.
Apart from that the new agreement provides for assessment of opportunities to cooperate in the field of development of public-private partnership mechanisms to finance innovative projects.
The new agreement is to help resolve a number of top-priority issues of Kaluga Region social and economic development.
