Polotnyany Zavod Paper Factory located in Kaluga Region is one of the oldest Russian industrial facilities. It fwas established back in 1718 by Timofey Karamyshev, a Kaluga merchant, pursuant to a decree issued by Peter the Great.
Today Polotnyany Zavod Paper Factory is a unique production facility with rich history using innovative management methods. The factory has two main production shops. The first one manufactures container board and the second one produces notebooks, writing pads, albums and other similar products. Currently the paper factory is a leader in the field of notebook production.
