Glazing produced by Obninsk Research and Production Enterprise Tekhnologiya named after A.G. Romashin for railway transport, fully complies with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Council (EAEU) “On the safety of railway rolling stock” (TR TS-001-2011). The experts of the Certification Register for Federal Railway Transport have inspected the products for compliance with the current certificates.

All stages of the production were audited. The state of technological systems of production was checked according to the ‘end-to-end technology’ principle. The experts evaluated the entire process– from the development of technical documentation and the purchase of raw materials to the acceptance control of finished products and the organization of the work of support services.

“Following the audit, both the quality of the products and the effective collaboration among all departments involved in the production of railway glazing was confirmed,” Andrey Silkin, General Director of ONPP Tekhnologiya, said.

It was confirmed that the certificates of more than 150 items of high-strength electrically heated and non-heated glazing produced by ONPP Tekhnologiya for railway transport are valid. ONPP Tekhnologiya is a leading company for the development and serial production of high-tech glazing for cabins of domestic locomotives, multiple unit rolling stock, maintenance vehicles and metro cars.
