Governor Efficiency Rating: Anatoly Artamonov Still in the Lead
Constantin Kostin’s Civil Society Development Foundation (CSDF), joined by a group of experts, has prepared the third integrated rating of heads of regions. The group of the most efficient governors is led by Kaluga Region’s Anatoly Artamonov (95 points), who is second only to the governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin (98 points).
The governors were evaluated on the basis of sociological data, economic results of their regions, coverage of their activities by federal and regional media and opinions of expert communities. The CSDF prepared the rating with participation of the Public Opinion Fund, the Federal State Statistics Service and the National Monitoring Service.
