Russian Regions’ Social Stability Rating: Kaluga Region in TOP 10
Kaluga Region is included in TOP 10 Russian regions according to the social stability rating.
It holds the 7th place (71 points out of 100). The region overruns Moscow in terms of the degree of life satisfaction and satisfaction with the work of regional government.
The rating was developed by the Foundation for Civil Society Development with the support of Public Opinion Foundation (the latter provided statistical data).
