New Hotel to Be Built in Vorsino Industrial Park
On October 17, 2013 an agreement was signed between the Government of Kaluga Region and Part Russia AB, Sweden, on cooperation in the field of implementation of an investment project related to construction of a 3* hotel (100-150 rooms). The new hotel is to be built in the territory of Vorsino Industrial Park.
The hotel will be built with the use of the most modern technologies of portacabins manufactured in Sweden. The modular-type hotel building will have all required facilities to ensure the proper level of comfort for guests. Nils Lundholm, Part Construction AB Chairman of the Board and the member of the Board of Part Russia AB, said that the hotel would ensure proper comfort for visitors. “And the prices will be affordable” – he added.
