Melnitsa to be built in Kaluga
Residential development project Melnitsa (Mill) of Mitra LLC construction company was presented on September 11 to Mr. A. Artamonov, Governor of Kaluga Region.
It is planned to implement development project with working title Melnitsa in Kaluga near Karl Liebknecht Street at the territory of the former milling plant. The construction company is ready to build more than 1.500 apartments, independent boiler house, kindergarten and office space in two years and a half. The residential area will have multi-level car parks, sport and playgrounds, modern leisure areas.
Speaking about importance of increased share of residential construction for Kaluga Region, Mr. A. Artamonov noted that companies, which develop high-quality housing projects, would always enjoy understanding and assistance of regional authorities. “We must support responsible investors, who work for the benefit of people. I believe that the company will be successful in its residential development project as well”, - the Governor added.
