Construction of the Marshal Residential Complex with the Georgy Zhoukov Museum Begins in Kaluga

The foundation stone laying ceremony was held on May 7, on the threshold of Victory Day. The event was attended by acting Mayor Konstantin Baranov, PIK Group Vice President for Regional Project Development Alexander Seliukov and veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The distinctive feature of the new residential complex is the museum dedicated to the victorious marshal that will occupy 200 sq. m on its first floor.

The residential complex will be located in the Cheremushki district, near Zhukov square. The 12-storey building will include 253 comfort class apartments with a total area of 17,735 sq. m. The developer plans to commission the complex before May 9, 2016.

PIK Group is no newcomer on the Kaluga real estate market – the developer has already commissioned several residential buildings, including two on the Right Bank, and is preparing to begin construction of two new micro-districts later this year.

“Kaluga and Kaluga Region are our priority markets, - says Alexander Seliukov, PIK Group’s Vice President for Regional Project Development. – The overall volume of construction works planned for Kaluga is around 500,000 sq. m. And we will not only be building, but landscaping as well”.
