On October 22, 2014 an official opening ceremony of My Documents multifunctional center head office was held in Kaluga. This is a head office of public and municipal service centers and offices sharing the same corporate identity. The ceremony was attended by Oleg Fomichev, Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Oleg Pak, Deputy Minister for Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and Anatoly Artamonov, Governor of Kaluga Region.

The Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation currently implements  a pilot project to introduce common corporate identity for  multifunctional public and municipal service centers and offices. 16 Russian regions including Kaluga Region take part in the project.

The new multifunctional center brand is  My Documents. The list of its key values includes greater attention to people needs, friendly service and comfort, close proximity of centers and offices and availability of public services to all Russian people.

The new center will have 16 windows and an electronic ticket system.  There are two waiting rooms, a children's area, a coffee machine, a snack vending machine in the center. A large parking lot and a developed adjacent land plot make the center even more comfortable.

Oleg Fomichev said: “Regions which actively work in areas we strive to develop nationwide are highly valued by the federal government. Kaluga Region is definitely among leaders in terms of activity and commitment to cooperation. Kaluga reached an entirely new level  of public services quality”.   

Oleg Pak said: “We need to break stereotypes regarding red tape and to change the people’s attitude to the process of public services provision. The creation of such centers promotes these objectives”.
