Connection Between Economic and Social Factors is Obvious
On March 24, 2013 a Chinese delegation paid a working visit to Kaluga Region. Its members are engaged in projects related to housing and social infrastructure construction.
The meeting with the delegation was held in Kaluga Administration. The parties discussed cooperation prospects. The meeting participants agreed that the creation of favorable living environment should be one of the top priorities for the region.
The stable economic growth promotes the success in the social sphere. This is proven by a number of housing construction projects already implemented in Kaluga Region. A vivid example is Voskresenskoe cottage settlement located in the vicinity of Grabtsevo industrial park, which was visited by the Chinese delegation.
