An official ceremony dedicated to commissioning of a new Triada-Impex ZAO production facility manufacturing specialty systems and products for construction, repair, restoration, waterproofing, and protection of buildings and structures took place on September 3, 2016 in Vorsino industrial park, Kaluga Region.  It was attended by Alexander Tsybulski, Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Sergey Tsyb, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Artamonov, Governor of Kaluga Region, Professor Andrey Shilin, PhD,  Director General, Triada Holding ZAO.

System products are used within the framework of process chains providing for integrated solutions related to new construction and restoration projects. All products to be manufactured by the new plant have been developed by Triada Holding ZAO specialists using innovative technologies. These products in certain areas are better than similar products manufactured abroad.

Triada Holding ZAO  was established in 1989. It holds a leading position in the Russian market in the field of diagnostics, condition assessment, repair, restoration, revamping, structure strengthening, waterproofing and protection of buildings.  The company has internal R&D departments. Repair strategy development methods invented by the company’s specialists ensure repair cost reduction and reduce subsequent building operating costs.  Technologies developed by the company and highly professional work of its specialists allowed to restore thousands of buildings.

Total investments in the plant construction equaled US$ 30 million. The plant capacity is 30,000 t of specialty construction mixtures per annum. The main customers of the plant are companies engaged in industrial and civil construction.   The key market for its products is the Central Federal District of Russia.

Alexander Tsibulski said: “Triada Holding ZAO has everything in place for successful work in the construction industry. It possesses R&D capabilities, human resources, and innovative developments. We, in our turn, are ready to provide support hi-tech companies”.  

Sergey Tsyb, speaking on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, congratulated Triada Holding ZAO management with the production facility commissioning. He said: “The plant is a good example of responsible investing in the Russian economy.  The new project has a great social importance – new jobs are created and Kaluga Region economy gets a new boost for further development. Furthermore, the plant has production and R&D potential for substitution of imported construction materials.  The plant commissioning is an important event both for the Kaluga Region economy in general and its construction industry in particular”.
