The Kaluga company’s main business areas include manufacturing of automotive electronics (key products: Pandora car alarms and Pandect immobilizers), and LED lighting systems.

Project targets: production process time reduction from 23 to 12 days; shop inventory reduction from 472 to 236 lighting systems, reduction of the number of inconsistencies from 82,353 to 33, 000.
