On September 4, the Kaluga Region and CILINDERSRUS LLC has signed the Agreement of Intent to implement the investment project under the construction of a plant for the production of portal and horizontal milling processing centers in the region.
The document was executed by Vladislav Shapsha, Head of the Region and Sergei Yakovchik, Director General of CYLINDERSRUS LLC. The ceremony was also attended by Dmitry Prudnikov, the Company’s founder.
CYLINDERSRUS LLC is the company that produces the components and equipment for gas engine infrastructure under the license of the Czech Holding Company CYLINDERS HOLDING a.s., being the largest manufacturer of seamless steel cylinders in Europe.
The total volume of investments amounts to more than 1 bln Rubles. The project involves the creation of about 100 new working places.
The Company has chosen Borovskaya Site of Special Industrial Economic Zone “Kaluga” as a place for the construction.
In addition to the line of modern metal processing equipment, the new plant also plans to produce equipment for the transportation and distribution of compressed natural gas, as well as equipment for dairy complexes. "Today we plan to replace the imported products that come from the Czech Republic and produce them on the territory of the Russian Federation," said Dmitry Prudnikov.
