B-PHARM Pharmaceutical Plant Licensed to Produce Medicines
The construction of the first pharmaceutical plant of B-PHARM LLC is nearing completion on the territory of the Vorsino Industrial Park. It will produce 17 of the 27 medicines included in the drug portfolio of B-PHARM LLC. Production start-up is scheduled for September 2022.
The foundation of the plant was laid in May 2019. A license to produce medicines for their medical use was issued on December 6, 2021. The construction phase took 2.5 years. (License No. 00534-ЛС dated December 6, 2021).
The first stage of production will include the most popular drugs – Meloxicam, Bitrigam, Famotidine – before July 2022. These are injectable solutions and lyophilisates.
The expected production capacity of the new plant is 20 million packages per year, and the production is expected to be expanded and modified. B-PHARM will become a member of the Kaluga Pharmaceutical Cluster.
