On June 3, within the XXIV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), an agreement of intent was signed between the Kaluga Region and East-Pharm on the implementation of an investment project, namely, the construction of a pharmaceutical plant for the production of parenteral nutrition in the region. The document was signed by the Governor of the Kaluga Region Vladislav Shapsha and the founder of East-Pharm LLC, President of Pharmasintez Group of Companies Vikram Punia.
To implement the project, the company is considering the site of the Borovskiy Municipal District of the Kaluga special economic zone. The amount of investments is 2 billion rubles. 250 positions will be created.

Vladislav Shapsha commented on: “The pharmaceutical cluster of the Kaluga Region unites 67 enterprises thereafter. This is a strategic area that we will further develop”.
